5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the session date. Approved reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule a session once at no extra charge. To request a reimbursement or reschedule, please submit details through our contact form.

5.2 Digital Products

If a Digital Product remains unaccessed or unused, requests for reimbursement are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Upon approval, we will process a reimbursement via the original payment method within 7 business days. To initiate a request, complete the form at our contact form.

5.3 Physical Goods

Customers may send back Goods in original, unused condition within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full reimbursement of the product price. Shipping fees for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error on our part. Reimbursements will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we have received the items. To arrange shipment back to us, please contact us via our contact form.
